In New Hampshire, cannabis is regulated by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and is called the Therapeutic Cannabis Program. Medical cannabis is allowed; adult-use cannabis is prohibited. New Hampshire also allows visiting out-of-state medical patients to purchase medical cannabis as long as they show their out-of-state medical card and matching photo identification. Medical dispensaries are called Alternative Treatment Centers (ATC) in New Hampshire.
New Hampshire uses BioTrack as their seed-to-sale state traceability system.
