Two important stories this week: 1. New dispensaries are opening in New York. This week alone, several opened - including ConBud and Gotham. And Gotham is right across the street from the world famous Apollo Theatre in Harlem. 2. The timing of when applications are due in New York. Cannabis Election: Ohio in November

WVXU in Ohio reports that recent polling is showing that Ohio voters are poised to vote “yes” on adult-use cannabis in a few weeks.

Federal Challenges to New Hampshire’s Cannabis Approach?

New Hampshire’s Attorney General warned that if New Hampshire legalized with a state-run cannabis model, it might catch the notice from the federal government.

Strong Cannabis Sales in Rhode Island

Rhode Island continues to see strong cannabis sales - with August and September being the strongest months yet in Rhode Island. Recall that cannabis became legal in Rhode Island last December.
